The Madrasa program for the upcoming academic year comprises two key components: the Hifdh (memorization) program focused on Quran and Islamic sciences (Hadith, Fiqh, and Aqida)

The Rawha program covers Sira, Adab, stories of sahaba/righteous predecessors, and an engaging activity.

Can my child enroll in both the Hifdh and Rawha programs? Is it mandatory to enroll in both?

Yes, we highly recommend enrolling in both programs, as they form the comprehensive Madrasa program for the year. While not mandatory, they complement each other. However, the tuition for the Hifdh program covers both Hifdh and Rawha programs.

How do the Hifdh and Rawha programs complement each other?

The Hifdh program concentrates on Quran memorization and 3 Islamic sciences; Hadith, Fiqh (jurisprudence), and Aqida (creed) while the Rawha program focuses on Adab, Sira, and stories of Prophets/righteous predecessors in addition to offering engaging activities.

What are the expectations for student behavior and conduct during classes?

Students are required to maintain proper hygiene, punctual attendance, and uphold the class code of conduct. The Madrasa Student Handbook outlines all these expectations comprehensively. We urge families to review the handbook collectively, and parents must sign an agreement policy to confirm their child's enrollment.

How will parents be informed about class cancellations or delays, especially due to inclement weather?

Parents will receive notifications via email or text in case of class cancellations or delays.

Are there any policies regarding student attendance, lateness, or absences?

Students are required to be punctual; accumulating more than two late arrivals in a semester may prompt a meeting with parents.

Frequent absenteeism or lateness may influence the student's progress and could result in discussions with parents or guardians and/or potential removal from the program.

What is the procedure if my child is unwell and needs to miss a class?

Parents should inform the Madrasa staff via email of any illness-related absences.

Is there any opportunity for parent involvement or participation in the Madrasa activities?
