Position Summary:

The Digital Content Creator conceptualizes, plans, creates, and implements content strategies across all social media platforms. Your primary goal is to enhance brand visibility, engage our current and growing audience and drive user interaction. As a Digital Content Creator, you'll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, researching, developing, and executing video assets that resonate with our audience and align with our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your work will focus on short-form videos, short films, utilizing in-house content and stock footage.

Position Summary:

The Qur’an Hifz Teacher  is responsible for assisting students with the memorization, proper pronunciation, retention, and understanding of Qu’ran.  The Qur’an teacher will help build the Hifz program and develop the curriculum. They will work with individuals and groups from age 7 to adult in our Formal Learning programs (Madrasa, Academy, and Seminary).

As the Director of Finance & HR at Al-Maqasid, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading our financial and human resources framework from the ground up. This vital role demands a strategic yet hands-on leader capable of developing sophisticated financial strategies, including forecasting, planning, and analysis, to ensure our organization's sustainability and growth. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will foster financial discipline within the organization, lead accounting and bookkeeping functions, and manage spend efficiently. Additionally, you will build the HR infrastructure to support and enhance our mission, dedicating a portion of your efforts to bolster development activities through strategic financial insights.
