Admissions

 

Our admissions process is structured in stages to ensure clarity for applicants and sustainability for the learning environment. We seek students prepared for rigorous study, committed to adab, and dedicated to the principles the Seminary is built upon: knowledge, devotion, and service

Application Deadline: March 31st, 2026. (Application fee is $50).

Register on a dedicated portal where you will be required to create an account before proceeding. All applicants will be required to:

  • 1-page personal statement

  • Provide a copy of a government-issued ID

  • 3 non-family references Example of a graded work

  • Financial aid application (if requesting aid)

  • Cognitive & literacy online assessment

  • Lodging application

  • Islamic studies background questionnaire

For new applicants - please set aside approximately 2 hours to complete the full application.

Current students continuing into the seminary should also use this same application to fill out the "Continuing Student Enrollment Form".

Applications are open between January 10 - March 31st.

All applicants will be contacted no later than May 31st regarding their admissions status.
