At Al-Maqasid, our mission is to cultivate holistic learning environments rooted in knowledge, devotion, and service.

"Do you not see how Allah compares a good word to a good tree? Its roots are firm, and its branches reach the sky, yielding constant fruit by the will of its Lord."

[Quran 14:24-25]

The Al-Maqasid Madrasa - known as Madrasa Al-Nash' Al-Ṣāliḥ, meaning "Righteous Upbringing" - is dedicated to nurturing a profound love for Allah ﷻ and His Beloved ﷺ within the hearts of our young scholars. This love is inherently present in their fitrah (innate disposition), and our goal is to nurture this sentiment by imparting the teachings of the Prophetic ﷺ Inheritance. These teachings will aid them in maturing as devout believers, enabling them to flourish as steadfast followers of their faith and contribute positively to humanity, by the grace of Allah.

An array of Islamic sciences is offered at Madrasa, encompassing subjects such as Quranic studies, Hadith, Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), Sira (biography of the Prophet ﷺ), Islamic etiquette, and supplications.

For the 2023-2024 academic year, Madrasa classes will be provided to the community through a two-part program:

1. A morning Hifdh (memorization) segment with a primary focus on the Quran, accompanied by Islamic sciences that involve memorization.

2. A weekly afternoon Rawha Program, comprising Sira (biography of the Prophet ﷺ), Islamic etiquette, supplications, and an engaging activity.

Program begins October 3, 2023
